Ashley and Davin eloped! They contacted me a month out from their planned elopement date and said they would have a very small ceremony with a handful of people on Davin’s family property by the Brisbane River. They would then surprise everyone including Ashley’s family when they would go on their honeymoon and visit her family in Scotland that week.
In my mind I thought it would be a backyard or garden ceremony … but when I arrived, I was greeted by alpacas and the property was in fact a farm.
The lovely Cara from Brisbane Wedding Decorators set up a simple but perfectly-suited wooden arbour that overlooked the Brisbane River and amongst the gum trees.
Our Groom Davin and the guests arrived in tractors! And our gorgeous bride arrived in a blue vintage car.
Jamie from Brisbane City Celebrants married Ashley and Davin in short but heartfelt ceremony… it was just perfect!
