Sharing with you here are a few highlights from Sharon and Brads joyful Spring garden wedding at Lagoon View Nursery in Redlands.

Spring is such a popular time to get married, not just for the lovely temps, but the gorgeous blooms that are on display. And at Sharon and Brad’s wedding, flowers featured in the aisle that Sharon walked down in, flowers in her hair, petals thrown as they walked back down the aisle and as backdrop to their portrait photos.

Sharon and Brad just wanted a very simple wedding, Sharon’s family were overseas and due to covid travel restrictions were not able to be there and a baby was on the way so they didn’t want to wait any longer to tie the knot.

Keeping it simple, they opted for an early afternoon ceremony, followed by an afternoon drinking and grazing by the lagoon with a small number of family and friends. A bountiful grazing spread was catered by Fire ‘N’ Dough . Celebrations with their guests at Lagoon View Nursery and Gardens finished in the early evening and the newlyweds continued on with an intimate dinner with just their immediate family.

I love that Sharon opted for comfort – a loose sparkly dress that fit her baby bump and sneakers for her tired swollen feet. Everyone commented that even if Sharon wasn’t pregnant, her choice of wedding dress and shoes was her to a tee!
